Shootin' Season is a brand owned and operated by Dristy Design LLC.

ORDER PROCESSING

All products are created on demand after an order is placed. Most orders require 2–10 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 10 days of your order shipping date. Eligible claims may receive a refund or replacement order at our discretion.

Coverage includes one replacement order per claim. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for shipping protection claims. Shipping protection must be purchased before the order has shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Shootin' Season is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
